About the event
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we at Tommy Talks are proud to announce our upcoming Mental Health Awareness Pop-Up @ The Invert Community Engagement Center on May 17th from 4pm-7pm.Â
Our pop-up will consist of:
Engaging activities to promote positive mental health for all ages
A zen room for meditationÂ
Resources on Domestic Violence, Youth Services, LGBTQ+, and therapy options/alternatives from local community organizations
A panel discussion on experiences with mental health and how to cope (5:30 PM)
